The Governor has named May as Aviation Awareness Month in New Jersey. In anticipation, we at Somerset Airport opened our doors to sixty plus future pilots from the Scotch Plains-Fanwood fourth grade class. They toured the airfield along with the New Jersey State Police NorthSTAR helicopter and the Cessna 172 operated by the 150th Aero Club and ate lunch in their hangar. A special "Thank you" goes out to the men and women of NorthSTAR and the 150th!
