Somerset Airport Mourns Dan Dameo

Daniel "Dan" P. Dameo Obituary | Somerville Funeral Home, Inc. | 1936 - 2026

It is with a heavy heart we say farewell to an old friend of Somerset Airport, Dan Dameo. Dan was a fixture at SMQ (even when it was N52) flying everything, from Bonanzas to Corsairs, but mostly his beloved T-6. Dan was an avid warbird aviator; he was a member of the renown "Six of Diamonds" aerobatic team.

Visitation for Dan Dameo will be at the Cuocco Funeral home 10 West End Ave Somerville, on June 2d 2026 2-4pm and 6-9pm. Services will be held on Wednesday June 3d 10:30 am at St John's Episcopal Church 158 West High Street in Somerville.
