John Bartley Named Aircraft Maintenance Technician to the Year
In December 2008, John Bartley, was presented the Aircraft Maintenance Technician of the Year by Bill VanArtsdalen of the Allentown FAA Flight Standards District Office. An Airframe & Power (A&P) Technician with Inspection Authorization (IA), John has been with Somerset Air Service since 1973 and today is the Director of Maintenance, and oversees a flight school and Part 135 charter fleet of eight company-operated aircraft and a serves a customer base of more than 130 aircraft annually.
John leads a shop of talented professionals in the Somerset Maintenance Shop including Lee Weber, Chris Walker, Don Krog and newcomer, Tim Hollenback. We congratulate John Bartley on his well-deserved recognition.
